Details are in the <a href=\"\/cookie-policy-ue\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why I use it and on what legal basis<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Replying to your requests<\/strong> and preparing quotes or collaborations: the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).<\/li><li><strong>Anonymous or aggregated visit statistics:<\/strong> only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie banner.<\/li><li><strong>Security and operation of the site:<\/strong> legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and I never sell it or pass it on to third parties.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long I keep it<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Messages received through the form or by email are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a working relationship begins: in that case the necessary data is kept for the period required by tax and legal obligations.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who else processes the data<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To run the site I rely on a few providers who process data on my behalf: the website hosting service, the email service and, only with your consent, Google (Analytics and YouTube). Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union; in such cases the transfer is based on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example adequacy decisions such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At any time you can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw any consent you have given.
