{"id":6519,"date":"2026-11-03T13:24:22","date_gmt":"2026-11-03T12:24:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theoluk.com\/?p=6519"},"modified":"2026-11-03T13:24:22","modified_gmt":"2026-11-03T12:24:22","slug":"reddy-safe-go-videogioco-sicurezza-lavoro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theoluk.com\/en\/reddy-safe-go-videogioco-sicurezza-lavoro\/","title":{"rendered":"Reddy \u2013 Safe, Go! a Lucca Comics &#038; Games 2026: il mio videogioco per CGIL Toscana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfae <strong>REDDY \u2013 Safe, Go!<\/strong> is the new workplace safety video game I designed for <strong>CGIL Toscana<\/strong>, launched at <strong>Lucca Comics &amp; Games 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"max-width:360px;margin:0 auto 28px\"><video src=\"https:\/\/www.theoluk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/reddy-safe-go-video-gioco-e-lucca-comics-the-oluk.mp4\" controls muted autoplay loop playsinline preload=\"metadata\" style=\"width:100%;height:auto;display:block;border-radius:8px\"><\/video><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reddy \u2013 Safe, Go! at Lucca Comics &amp; Games 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the video you\u2019ll find gameplay scenes and the days in Lucca: the stand was dressed with my artwork, lots of people queued up to play, and Yotobi gave Reddy a try too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Reddy was born<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It all started with a request from AnteprimaADV: they needed a video game to talk about safety to people stepping into the world of work for the first time. While I was designing the levels, a mascot request came in, in CGIL Toscana red. Their symbol is a red square, so I asked myself: what if it became the hero?<br>A few sketches, some eyes, hands and shoes\u2026 and Reddy was born \ud83d\udfe5 (they picked the name!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to play Reddy \u2013 Safe, Go!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s a side-scrolling parkour platformer across four worlds: building site, warehouse, laboratory and confined space. There\u2019s no continuous floor, you jump from platform to platform: falling doesn\u2019t cost lives, it costs precious seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along the way Reddy collects his PPE and, when facing hazards, has to answer safety questions. On the leaderboard, the winner is whoever finishes the game in the shortest time, answering every question correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I took care of art direction, character design, environments, objects, obstacles, UI and gameplay, all in pixel art.
